Welcome to EVENT STUDIO Decorations. By booking our services through this website, you agree to follow and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. A booking ID and confirmation message will be sent to your registered email/mobile number.
2. Payment Policy
- All payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway.
- Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
- Prices may change depending on customization.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 48 hours – Partial refund may be applicable.
- Cancellation within 24 hours – No refund.
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Service Area
Our services are available only from Honnavar to Kundapura. Bookings outside this area may be cancelled without notice.
5. Event Delays & Access
- Customer must provide proper entry and setup access.
- Any delay caused by venue restrictions will not be our responsibility.
6. Design Variations
Actual decoration may vary slightly from images shown due to material availability, lighting, or venue size.
7. Damage & Safety
Any damage caused after the event setup due to customer negligence will be the customer's responsibility.
8. Personal Information
Your personal information is secure and will never be shared with third parties except for payment processing.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service failure due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
